Can hear the tenant above my unit walk, it is actually incredibaly annoying.
The coffee maker is broken sometimes.
The main elevator might be the slowest thing ever built.
But again, it is a good place to live overall.

It is a good time to check out all of our events and learn more about HausReward specials on our lobby TV though! We understand it can be frustrating to hear your neighbors above and that does tend to happen with apartment living. |Recommended: YesGreat Apartment for Young People Starting Their Careers — Great first apartment out of college. I loved my little studio with big windows, high ceilings and modern appearance. Loved my big bathtub with subway tile. Great amenities and perfect location if you work downtown. Within short walking distance of Mass Ave Fountain Square. Beautiful pool grounds. The immediate area is becoming more developed as Starbucks, Orange Theory, Public Greens Whole Foods have gone in. Fixtures cabinets, drawers, rods etc were a little low quality but usable and aesthetically pleasing. Community is very young--hallways often smell of marijuana, and lots of puppy accidents in the hallways stairways. But also lots of puppies so that is a plus.

The proximity to Whole Foods, Starbucks, and many other restaurants and businesses is an unparalleled luxury, and the fact that this area of the city is so quiet is an added bonus. You can tell that the team at the Artistry makes a huge effort to host fun events which make the residents feel like they're part of the community.

|Recommended: YesA two year resident's review of Artistry — Overall, living at the Artistry is fine. The overall appearance of the apartment is nice the maintenance workers are great. The amenities are too small for such a large facility. When it originally was just one building, I think it was great but since they've grown and built three more buildings, the amenities are too small to accommodate that many people. You can rarely get a chair at the pool. The parking is another issue. I understand having to pay to live downtown, but it is extremely overpriced. The walls are thin so you do hear your neighbors, especially when they are walking through the halls. The office staff is helpful but can also take forever to do anything. We had a pet incident in the main building and they took forever to even slightly attempt to handle it. For how expensive it is, I think there are other options downtown, but it is a decent place to live. You meet a lot of people and having Whole Foods next door is super convenient. Overall, I would give Artistry a 6 out of 10.

I know the pool is a popular spot and amenities can be busy now that all buildings are completed and occupancy is high. We are always looking for ways to improve, not only at Artistry but with new Milhaus communities, so I will share this and the construction feedback with our corporate teams. I appreciate your thoughts on parking and price for the apartment as well!

|Recommended: YesNice property. — I have observed that the hallway is not clean at times. You can probably ask the residents not to litter.
I am quite not happy with the policies for terminating lease. Some personal or professional conditions needs to be considered and based on that policies can be revised.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, nice people — It's a great property. People are nice and friendly. The pool feels like a frat party on the weekends which can be annoying sometimes. It would be nice if it was heated to a higher temperature also.

|Recommended: YesGood overall — The landscaping looks great and the buildings are cleaned often. The doors are broken glass locks call box along with the trash chute are broken regularly.
