|Recommended: YesAmazing location, amenities, staff, and maintenance team. — Amazing amenities, SUPER helpful staff. Skylar made moving in so easy and convenient and was just so helpful. I have loved my time living here and I obviously plan on continuing to live here. Whenever there is any issue, maintenance staff is there to fix it usually even the same day. They are also always so polite and seemingly always working on cleaning or fixing something. They do such a great job and deserve recognition. Lastly, the location is second to none.
|Recommended: YesA fun place to live with amenities — Randy is the only pleasant person in the office to deal with and knows how to properly communicate with his residents - don't expect much other than a headache from the others. I enjoyed living here besides the maintenance issues and high electric bill. I noticed some new faces on the maintenance team recently and they have all been very kind and easy to deal with.

|Recommended: NoMediocre upkeep — Lots of dog poop everywhere. Residents do not pick up after themselves, it is quite disappointing.
|Recommended: YesGreat property — The rooms upon move in are clean and updated, which makes this property a desirable place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, good value, nice amenities — Artistry has a good set of amenities, in a great location, at a reasonable price. The only downside I have found is poor construction quality in and around some of the units, but this is less of a problem thanks to the nice and responsive maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesThe property is up to date, clean, and centered in the heart of downtown indianapolis. — I have really enjoyed living at the Artistry over the last year. I love that the property is just minutes away from fountain square, the circle, and mass ave. There is so much to see and do in the area and very convenient to get to work.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live at an awesome location — I have had a great experience at Artistry so far having only lived here for a month . Artistry is a great place to live spacious and modern apartments with lots of natural light . The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful Shout out to Austin J. for his kindness and help As a foreigner who just moved to the US, I was unfamiliar with some aspects of renting in America, he took extra time to explain everything and made it easy for me The facilities are great and the residents are all very friendly. In addition, there is a nice dog park which comes in handy when you come home late from work.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to live — I have lived at Artistry for almost a week now and I could not be happier The office staff have been nothing but helpful and its so nice living so close to the circle and Mass Ave. The two workout areas are awesome and I cannot wait until summertime to check out the pool area.

|Recommended: YesNice property, walls are thin, hard to throw out recycling large items — I would tell them that it is a nice property, however it is hard to throw out large items such as boxes, or big packages. I find it inconvenient that the recycling room is so far away and if it is not open since the freight elevator is in use then you cannot access it. I also think that the walls are pretty thin, I can hear everything in my apartment when I am in the central room.
Hi Jordyn! So, I have a solution for your packages/boxes! Our Valet trash service will take boxes, even large ones as long as you break them down! Just leave the broken down box sitting behind your trash can when you put it out in the evenings and they will haul it away to recycling for you! I really hope this helps. |Recommended: YesCulturally inclusive, the team is easy to work with — Randy from the Artistry team encouraged myself and my wife to feel welcome into the community here. He made it a painless move in process, as did all other members of the team. I felt heard and understood when it came to the leasing agreement. Overall both myself and my wife are impressed with the environment here. We're looking forward to the future.
