|Recommended: YesGreat living situation — I have had quite the experience in all types of apartments and houses over the last 8 years. I have moved every year, and I have to say this is the best living situation I have had amongst that time. The apartment itself is amazing, parking is very easy, there is a cleaning crew that cleans the grounds everyday in the morning, who are very friendly, and the complex is overall great. I have had a few maintenance requests regarding the wash and dryer and a clogged sink and the maintenance staff was able to take care of it within a week. I would highly recommend living here for young professionals. Noise could be less but I live next to the elevator not the worst but also not the best .

|Recommended: NoConstruction Quality — I've had more maintenance requests in my first 3 months here than the last 3-4 years in my apartment and house combined. The maintenance staff is great at fixing the problems but its ridiculous that I'm paying over 1,000 a month and have had so many issues with the quality of construction in our apartment. Also the walls and floors must be made of paper because I can hear everything my neighbors are doing whether its laundry or watching tv. Great location for my job and parking right across the street is convenient but frustrated to say the least when it comes to how many issues we've had with our apartment in the first 3 months

|Recommended: NoBelow Average — Some things I have noticed so far
1. Maintenance requests taking over a week or more
2. Elevator always broken. Fire alarms going off oten
3. Most requests slow to be executed.
4. Dog park waste not disposed often enough. Trash can always full
5. Trash room in building always disgusting
6. Washer and dryer takes 3 to 4 hours to do one load of laundry.
7. I like my apartment, but I would say some of the above is disappointing at the very least.
Hi Craig - let me start by apologizing that you have had those issues, I hope you have seen improvement since your review, as we have been diligently taking all of our tenants feedback to heart and making consistent efforts to improve! I know that the Service Request turnaround time was longer over the Summer/Fall months as we had over 100 requests submitted at times and had to prioritize them, our Service Team works very hard to take care of all 4 of our buildings and I know that they have improved a great deal. I do apologize that we had 2 occurrences that the elevator needed parts replaced, these parts are custom order, so at times it does cause a delay in repair. We have put in 3 new Pet Waste Stations on the property and have a new Groundskeeper that takes care of these daily, so I hope you have seen improvement there as well! If you are still having issues with your appliances, please reach out to me and I will make sure we get you taken care of! Totally agreed on the carpets, and we are working on the quarterly hallway cleaning now in your building - we are looking into cleaning them monthly moving forward since there seem to be so many spills, etc in the hallways! |Recommended: YesVery happy — I've been in Artistry for about a week now. Been really happy with my experience. I've had some noise issues Friday and Saturday night. Not sure if there is much Artistry can do, as most of it has been from spilled from the streets loud cars, people yelling and talking loudly . Most of it can be drowned out with a TV or putting on headphones. Noticed a light fixture was off the light on the third floor hall. With the mail room elevator fixed, it's been easy to move packages from the overflow area to my apartment. I am an early riser and have been very pleased to see the grounds being maintained. I've had an issue with parking early on parking key stopped working , but Jacob was helpful in getting that resolved. The front office also has been helpful in answering questions as I've gotten used to the new surroundings. All things considered I've been very happy with my decision to move to Artistry.

|Recommended: YesGreat pool, convenient parking, a little pricey — I have lived here for a year and a half. Have not had any issues at all. Enjoy the pool, gym, coffee machines, and location. It is slightly pricey

|Recommended: YesYou can't beat this location Awesome amenities — I moved to Artistry a few weeks ago and have been very pleased with my experience. The location is absolutely STELLAR. I can literally walk to everything the downtown mile has to offer. I love the secured access buildings and parking options aren't as bad as I thought they might be. The fitness centers are more than adequate, and the pool offers all day sunshine. Free coffee 24 7 is an added perk My apartment was clean, and the finishes are beautiful. If you are looking for a downtown location, I'd check this place out

|Recommended: YesCool apartments and good location — The apartments are really unique and the location is great. My personal experience was not good with the state of my apartment upon move-in, but that may not be the case for everyone. In general it's good, but there are definitely some things that could be better.

|Recommended: NoNoise and Poor Quality Construction — Can hear every conversation from hallway. I can hear everything neighbor above me does. Many can also hear everything their dog does.
Faulty wiring with security system. Whole building fire alarms go off once a month consistently around 2 30am. This has been happening for over a year. Power goes out frequently. Homelessness nearby causes dirty environment. Stairwell has frequently been littered.

For that reason, I’d like to address some of your specific concerns and relay how exactly our team is taking action. I’m sorry to hear about the noise issue above your unit. Is there anything specifically you feel we could reach out to them about? Would be happy to help in any way I can here. In regards to the fire alarms, unfortunately some residents have been tampering with the alarms in their apartments which affects the entire system. We are working on a communication to go out to the entire community with some do’s/don’ts to avoid these loud disruptions in the future. We realize they are a nuisance and we truly are wanting to get to the root of how we can fix this issue. For the power going out, this is the first I am hearing of this. Is this just in your apartment or the entire building? Would appreciate some more detail here so I can assist. Last, during the leasing process we try to be very upfront with our prospects about Wheeler Mission across the street. We are very proud to have them as neighbors and at the end of the day, they work very hard to help those in our city that need it. However, we still have a responsibility to attempt to create a comfortable and clean environment for our residents. Have you experienced incidents yourself that you would be willing to share? Although we can’t always help where people in the city leave trash or belongings, we do have a full-time groundskeeper who walks and maintains the community to the best of his ability. Feel free to let me know of any specific areas we should have him tend to more. Apologies for the lengthy response, but I want to address all your concerns! If you’re interested, I’d be happy to sit down and have an open conversation. |Recommended: YesFun but poorly managed — The environment is really fun and the complex does a good job of hosting events and offering amenities. However, my friends and I have had multiple issues submitting maintenance requests with no action taken. There's also mold growing from the vents which concerns me for the health of the air beyond just what I see. The gym has been stuck at over 80 degrees for almost two weeks now.
|Recommended: YesGood Property — Good place to live but the front desk employees are as informed on the details as they need to be to make the move in experience as helpful as it should have been.

|Recommended: YesNice property, with great pool — It's a nice apartment for young professionals. It is an apartment that I would recommend people start off in, but move out of in a few years. For the most part, it is clean, well kept, and quiet, but occasionally things are unkept. The trash room is always a mess, and sometimes the noise level is a lot. Overall, it is a good FIRST apartment for people just starting off.
