|Recommended: YesGreat space, friendly environment. — Awesome staff and upkeep. Made it super easy to move in. Only problem i have is they told me there would be lot parking..the day I moved in, there was ZERO lot space so now i have to find another parking situation.

|Recommended: YesVery nice apartment complex — The living and community spaces at Artistry are very nice and new. I enjoy the concrete floors easy to clean and high ceilings, which make the room appear larger. There are good amenities, and tons of mixers and other events. Leasing and maintenance staff are both nice and respond quickly. Very much enjoy the valet trash, which is so convenient. Located in a nice spot downtown, so it is near Fountain Square, Mass Ave and the transit center. The only thing is it is a bit expensive for the size of the space, and this adds up if you are also paying for parking.

|Recommended: YesPerfect Option Downtown — I've wanted to live at Artistry Indy for a few years now because the location and amenities always seemed great. Now that I've been a resident for two months, I can affirm that this is an ideal place to live if you're in the market for an apartment in the immediate downtown area with easy access to all of the social spots, workout facilities, and major companies located here. I will add that Jacob Stallard, one of the Transition Specialists on the Artistry staff, has been critical in helping me move in and get acclimated to all that Artistry has to offer.Â
I love that it's right across the street from Whole Foods, next door to Orange Theory Fitness and the YMCA at City Market, and across the street from Public Greens Urban Kitchen. It's a short walk away from Mass Ave, Fletcher Place, or the Wholesale District including the mall and most restaurants. I could easily go days or weeks without using my car because everything is within walking distance. Another benefit of living here is the perks program where you receive steep discounts at a number of local restaurants, gyms, spa centers, and sporting events in Downtown Indianapolis. The convenience, facilities, price point, location, and bonuses are why I love living at Artistry.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location at a cost. — This apartment can not get much better as far as location but you pay for it. However, the many amenities and services they provide really make it worth your money.

|Recommended: YesIt is above par, not stand-out great — Great pool. Quiet for the most part. Maintenance you have to stay on top of or it'll take forever. Elevators can sometimes go weeks without working fixing. Staff is accommodating for the most part seems a little unorganized. Grills by the pool are horrible. Dog park is very small and a lot of people don't pick up. But like all apartments you take the good with the bad. There is far more good than bad here.

We have it in the works to get new grills soon and have recently added 3 more dog waste stations to hopefully give even passersby the reminder to pick up after their pets! |Recommended: YesThe Artistry is a pretty decent place — I love the location of the apartments as well as the things that come along with it such as the pool and gym and Starbucks across the street. I go to school downtown and the fact that my commute is only 15 minutes in rusher traffic is worth it to me. It is in. walking distance to nearly anything and everything but with that being said, there are a few issues. I live in a smaller apartment and when I first moved in the place was filthy and I had to clean it from top to bottom as well as clean out the shower drain from the previous owner just so I could shower and the water go down. I'm also spending over 1000 for a little over 300 sqft plus water, my own internet Not provided , cable, electric Sourced from outside the apartment , etc. it adds up very fast. My apartment has no phone service for some reason as well so I was forced to buy wifi to stay connected to the outside world. Other than a few small things I think the community is great and people are very friendly. There are many dogs which is a lot of fun for an animal lover like myself
