|Recommended: NoI have been very upset living here — Dont move here. We have had several issues that cold be resolved. The issues were not managed appropriately, timely, or professionally.
|Recommended: YesPleasant living experience with help always available — I live in an eco suite and I have more than enough storage with all necessary appliances. I LOVE my Murphy bed. The maintenance staff is very responsive and timely and all staff is very friendly

|Recommended: YesArtistry is a great place for downtown living — I loved my experience at Artistry. It is close to almost everything downtown and the rooms are super nice. You get your money's worth with the apartments.

|Recommended: YesAmenities were great. — Jen and most of the staff were great Some other Artistry employees past and present were rude. Lindsay Browne and Kyle Hirtz were the best employees who ever worked at the Artistry Apartments. Residents were very friendly and nice. Amenities were great Glad to see carpets getting done.
Need a maintenance guy to come in on Sundays to take out trash from trash rooms. Every Sunday the trash was overflowing. Valet trash in the Artistry Building was not needed and kind of gross walking by people's trash.

I know the trash has been an issue and I am hopeful you have seen a HUGE improvement since we added valet and Sundays into the rotation! |Recommended: NoThe apartments and facilities are amazing safety concerns — I would tell them that the units and facilities are amazing, however the walkability of the area is limited by a local homeless population. The staff has been overwhelmed by the current work needs, however they are improving and everything is moving in the right direction.

|Recommended: NoNice property and rooms but lousy service — There are really nice rooms, well kept. However it is greatly overpriced and the office leasing officials are difficult to work with. They rotate out too often and therefor don't know what they're doing.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Young, Modern Environment — A great place to live because of the efficiency that is tied into the community. Ex. Easy floor level parking for the Mosaic building and package retrieval services. Also multiple useful amenities always make for something to do.

|Recommended: YesGood location, nice buildings, some design problems, staff isnt very helpful — You cant get a newspaper delivered here and the employees don't respond to your emails.

|Recommended: NoWould not re sign lease — Staff has been irresponsible with my paper work, lost items, and everything is centered around money, how much money they can get out of you, inconsiderate especially during covid precautions.
