|Recommended: YesUpdated, clean, good location, but poor communication from property staff — Overall, the property is very nice - updated appliances, floors, etc. and the staff is willing to work with you but getting their attention to help you is like pulling teeth.

|Recommended: NoDog Owners Go Far — If you have a dog, then you will go far in making acquaintances in this complex. I moved in Oct 2016 and none of my neighbors would even engage in small talk on the elevator until I got my puppy three years later. Now I have a loose group of other dog owners who at least know me as Leia's owner and like meeting up at the puppy park with me. We take turns making sure the gate stays close because it has been months of being broken. We don't know when it will be fixed even though we've been told maintenance knows about it and the temporary fix has broken as well.

Hey Taylor, Jen here - I hate to see a 1 Star review before you have had the time to really get familiar with the Artistry community, get back with us soon, we will hope that star count changes!!! Thank you for taking the time to respond though regardless, but we want to do way better than mediocre, let us know what we can do to make this your best experience yet!

|Recommended: YesNice Residence — I enjoyed living here for two years. Although maintenance was sometimes slow and left a bit of a mess, the Artistry was pretty nice to live at. Walking distance to monument circle and Mass Ave. Can get loud sometimes from the streets. Some first floor apartments don't have any windows that open, so inconvenient sometimes. Amenities can be out of order fairly frequently, such as coffee maker and exercise machines. But overall, nice staff and facilities.

|Recommended: YesGreat location but too expensive — If you are going to live here, you really have to use all of the facilities to actually get your money out of the experience. I loved being walking distance from fountain square mass ave, but since I did not use the pool or go to events, I couldn't justify the cost when I could live in a similar location for a much lower price. Also, I still had to get a gym membership because the facilities didn't have all of the equipment I needed.
I thought the rate increase was too much considering a pandemic, that I had always paid on time, took care of the apartment never required maintenance requests. I'm sure that there aren't tons of inbound leads trying to move right now, so it would have been a much smarter business strategy to focus on renewals than the costs you'll have driving inbound tenants through advertising.
Regardless, good luck growing your business- hope the Cincinnati project works out for your team. I had fun balling out for a year and living at the Artistry.
p.s. The noise complaint wasn't about neighbors, it was about the helicopter landing pad train. Although a cool view of graffiti areo-engineering, it's very loud.

|Recommended: YesArtistry — Great location, amenities but lots of homeless people around the area, I feel unsafe in the parking garage and the package center is a nightmare.
Thank you for your honest review Katelyn - we know the package room has been tough during the last couple months, we try to clean & organize it daily! We are also looking into adding more of the large Amazon lockers which will help SO much! If you are looking for closer parking, we are on a waitlist for the attached garages, but happy to get you on the list! Take good care & thank you again, Jen
|Recommended: NoGreat property but feel unsafe — I love my apartment and all the amenities, however--this is not an ideal area for a young female to live alone. I moved from out of state and didn't realize what I was getting myself into by choosing to live here. There is no surveillance and there are always strange people lingering around the building. There is no parking available in the attached parking garage so I sprint to and from the building with pepper spray. I've caught homeless people sleeping in the small area where you fob into the building. My overall safety has been compromised and I do not see myself resigning here.

Pros The architecture is good, the external buildings are really nice to the eyes. The apartment has a nice design and the location is fantastic. The office crew is always ready to help, inform and chat. The gym is also very good, as well as the pool, garden and shared lounges. We haven't used the barbecue yet, but we will. Rest assured.
Cons Most of its current tenants are below 30 y.o. So expect to have loud music, lots and lots of people yelling in the middle of the night, some people fighting, other smoking it's forbidden . There's a dog park too, but nothing for toddler. In other words, not ideal for families or people willing to have a quiet environment.
Overall 4 stars, as I still think it's a good value cost location.
